    More people are using online video than ever before, Google has expanded on their Universal Search options to include video-specific results, and most renters want to see what a property looks like before making a decision. These three simple facts make it more important than ever to market rental property with video. Consider this story to see what a difference video can make when advertising your rental listings online:

    Joe is a renter looking for a new place to live in New York City. He starts out like most renters by searching online for “Apartment Rental in New York”, which yields 26.5 million results. This gives Joe lots to choose from, including rental websites and search directories, which is a great place to start.
